Great information! Thank you for creating this post. Much of the world knows about still other benefits of coconut oil. On the island of Roatan, Honduras, for example, the local people have used coconut oil in their cooking for many generations. Among other benefits, the handmade (“unprocessed”) coconut oil seems to give immunity against malaria. A few years ago, however, the native trees began dying from a disease brought in from (apparently) Florida. With the native trees just about gone, there is almost no “hand-made” coconut oil available. Perhaps that is why the locals have begun acquiring malaria (formerly found primarily among the gringos there). It seems that in our “advanced” culture here in the U.S., we are just now discovering the health benefits of coconuts, of which other cultures have somehow long known.

Adding a smile to my day is gratefully appreciated!!

My daughter who worked at an Apple Store for 5 years would always remind me to let the battery get fully used up before recharging – or exercise it, as you mentioned. Because I use my laptop like a portable desktop. I don’t actually use it much without plugging it in, even while traveling. I am always afraid that a sudden luch in a plane would destroy my hard drive, so I just read a book or 3 until I get to the destination. Then I plug it in at the hotel to use it.

Great post, even that i work now at a Computer shop I don’t

I just built a new site devoted mainly to the new web hosting service, and using the tools that GVO provides to build the site. It was surprisingly easy to get it up: either I’m getting better or the tools are really easy to use

Take a look at it – it’s at http://gr8netbiz.com – and let me now what you think. There are still a few things I’m not entirely happy about, but I have not yet figured out how to fix them!
