Terry does an awesome job of training in WordPress – from the ground up – including advising on which of the plethora of plugins you should use for best results.

It turns out the answer to my question was really simple, but I would never have guessed it!

Great information! Thank you for creating this post. Much of the world knows about still other benefits of coconut oil. On the island of Roatan, Honduras, for example, the local people have used coconut oil in their cooking for many generations. Among other benefits, the handmade (“unprocessed”) coconut oil seems to give immunity against malaria. A few years ago, however, the native trees began dying from a disease brought in from (apparently) Florida. With the native trees just about gone, there is almost no “hand-made” coconut oil available. Perhaps that is why the locals have begun acquiring malaria (formerly found primarily among the gringos there). It seems that in our “advanced” culture here in the U.S., we are just now discovering the health benefits of coconuts, of which other cultures have somehow long known.
