Support and Training Make the Difference!

Hello – I’m wishing everyone who has a home business a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday! And if you don’t have a home business already, why not? It’s never been easier!

The problem I have found with a home business in the past is that I ended up doing everything myself with little support and no training. What I find with SponsorDaddy is that I have all the support I could ever want and the training is awesome. I’m not just talking about training on the product, but training in how to operate a home business.

Yes, we have great training in how the SponsorDaddy system works, so there is no excuse for not understanding that. More importantly for me, though, is the training in how to approach prospects, how to use the system to do most of the work, and how and when to follow up. Managing contacts and following up has always been my weakest feature: now at last I have a system that takes care of the routine part and training in how to do the other part – no more excuses for not succeeding with my home business!

It’s still amazing to me that SponsorDaddy‘s Master Distributor (George Hartmann) will take two hours every other Saturday to train us. He spends an hour on the basics and then picks one advanced topic for the second hour. And the fact that people from all over the globe attend these training sessions for the full two hours is testimony to the quality of his support!

This is a wonderful time to join SponsorDaddy because the company is still small enough that you can get to know all the leaders, but big enough that it is experiencing phenomenal growth. Super Saturday Training Calls are Amazing!

SponsorDaddy is such a simple system to use, but it is so rich that there are endless possibilities to explore!  I feel that so far I have only scratched the surface.  Now, every second Saturday, we can attend a two hour training session led by George Hartmann, our Master Distributor, and Mark McIntyre, our software guru!

There are always so many nuggets to take away from these sessions that it’s challenging to pick the most important.  For me, I think if I were to pick only one it would be to check the FAQs by reading every one.  When I did this, I found that, although I knew about half of them already, there were some real surprises in tools that I did not even know existed!

Where to find them?  In the back office, click on the Support icon in the top right hand corner, and it will open a page that includes a link to the FAQs.  You’ll be surprised at what you can find there!

The Super Saturdays are every two weeks at present, but George is thinking of making them a weekly event.  I only mentioned one nugget of several I found: even every two weeks is great!  Every week, though, would be twice as good: as George says, the better I know my tools the faster I’ll grow my business!
